This will serve as official notice of the annual meeting of the
Association, to be held Saturday November 15, 2024, at 9am. at Steps
to Hope, lower level, 60 Ward Street, Columbus NC.

The agenda, in compliance with the bi- laws, is found on the reverse
side of this document. The primary purpose of this meeting is approval
of the 2026 Budget, and election of 3 Board Members. The Board has
approved the Budget and encourages a yes vote. Based on the
budget, the board has voted not to increase the annual assessment
for 2026. Ballots for both the budget approval, and Board Member
election are also in this packet.

There will also be time for membership input.

We hope to see you all on Saturday, November 15, at 9am.
