We live in the greatest community I have ever been a part of, and I want to continue helping it thrive.

Kellie Cannon – Running for first time
My name is Kellie Cannon, and my family and I recently moved to 2000 Golf Course Rd. from Surf City, NC.
We have four children who are currently attending Polk Schools, and I work locally in communications. My husband, Bryce, has just retired after 23 years of service in the Marine Corps as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Marine, during which he had multiple deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kuwait.
After many moves as an Active Duty family we are thrilled to make Polk County our home and establish roots here. We truly love being part of the Red Fox community!
Respectfully,
Kellie Cannon
Tony Casale – Running for first time
I had a nearly 40-year career in software engineering, finishing up as a project manager/customer liaison for contracts with the Air Force Research Lab, in Rome, NY. My responsibilities required frequent travel throughout the US and a TS SCI security clearance.
My wife, Amy, and I have been married for 11 years and our blended family boasts 6 adult children and 6 grandchildren, with another on the way. We’re lucky to have them all on the east coast, from Waxhaw and Mills River, NC, to Salem, VA and several counties in upstate NY.
8 years ago, we purchased a vacation rental property in Lake Lure, NC and settled into the Chimney Rock/Lake Lure area. Amy managed the 4 rental properties while I continued with my job, remotely. The cabin business was quite successful, and after 4 years, we received a generous purchase offer from a couple that had stayed with us and were looking to relocate from the coast.
At the height of the real estate frenzy, towards the wind down of COVID, we were able to purchase our dream home at 302 Renard Rd. We continue to make new friends in Red Fox, attend most POA events, and would like to be more supportive of community activities and responsibilities. Serving on the Board is the most direct way to show this support.
