When submitting your payment, the Board recommends that you use standard USPS mail delivery. Since payment is sent to a Post Office Box, using certified mail, or other signature-required service is not necessary, and could result in envelopes being returned to sender; the P.O. Box is not cleared on a daily basis and the Post Office returns mail after two unsuccessful contact attempts.
