The revised Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Guidelines are available in the information section of the website. These have been amended in accordance with the Declaration of Restrictions dated October 8, 2018, and the current Bylaws of the Red Fox Run Property Owner’s Association Inc. (RFRPOA).
These revisions were developed by the ARC and approved by the Board of Directors of the Association, and shall be adhered to as specified herein.
The effective date of these revisions is 10-1-21.
There are no changes on the first 4 pages. but the date has been changed to 10-1-21 to be consistent throughout the document.
The revised Guidelines are now on the website (www.redfoxpoa.net), under the Information tab, and will be effective with any new construction requests made on or after 10-1-21.
